Product Working Principle

The UV disinfection module uses 253.7nm-wavelength ultraviolet light to break down the molecular structure of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (ribonucleic acid) in microbial cells. This causes both growing and regenerative cells to die, ultimately achieving sterilization and disinfection.

Rooted in modern epidemiology, medicine, and photodynamics, the UV disinfection technology employs a specialized, high-efficiency, high-intensity, long-life UVC-band UV light source. The light irradiates flowing water, directly eliminating various pathogens in the water—including bacteria, viruses, parasites, and algae.

2.Ballast: Imported (Netherlands), microcomputer-controlled electronic ballast with high power factor (≥98%).

7.Water level sensor: Hydraulic induction type, unaffected by flow rate or pressure.

Design Standards

1.The UV disinfection system design complies with China’s national standard "Urban Water Supply and Drainage Ultraviolet Disinfection Equipment" (GB/T19837-2005).

2.The system can adjust output power based on sewage plant flow rates and changes in UV transmittance.

3.Guarantee: At peak flow with 65% UV transmittance, the effective UV dose (biological test dose) at the end of lamp life is ≥20mWs/cm².

4.Low-pressure high-intensity lamps: 254nm UV energy output ≥120W after 100 hours of new lamp operation; UV intensity attenuation ≤15% at end of lamp life (12,000h).

5.Meets design disinfection standards: fecal coliforms ≤1000 per liter.

6.All lamps are imported.
