Will the working principle of the silver ion sterilizer be affected by water quality?

The core electrolytic ionization principle of the silver ion sterilizer will not be altered by water quality. However, different water quality parameters will influence the release concentration of silver ions and the final disinfection efficiency:

  1. High chloride ions, sulfides and organic substances will bind with free silver ions, reducing the effective concentration of active silver ions and weakening the disinfection effect.

  2. Excessively high or low pH value and water hardness will affect the electrolysis stability of silver electrodes.

  3. Turbidity of raw water has limited impact on the core performance of the equipment.
