Continuous on-line treatment: Water flows continuously through the reactor chamber without retention tank. It can be installed in circulating pipelines, ideal for swimming pools and recirculating water systems.
Physical disinfection, no chemical dosing: UV light damages microbial DNA/RNA. It does not change water pH and produces no disinfection by-products such as residual chlorine or chloroform.
Easy integrated installation: Pipeline type design with flange or thread connections, installed in series in the pipeline, compact footprint.
Fast reaction: Disinfection is completed during short UV exposure inside the chamber. The effect depends on UV dose instead of long static contact time.
Simple maintenance: Main tasks are periodic UV lamp replacement and quartz sleeve cleaning for scale removal. No bulk consumables or chemical dosing systems.
Water quality prerequisite: Turbidity, suspended solids, iron and manganese will block UV transmittance. Poor water quality reduces disinfection efficiency; pre-filtration is recommended.
Instant disinfection only: UV provides no residual biocidal effect. Microbes may regrow in downstream pipelines. Swimming pool application usually requires low-level chlorine for residual protection.
Safety protection: Sealed reactor prevents UV leakage. Equipped with ballast, UV intensity monitor, and optional automatic cleaning unit.
