Regular inspection of UV lamps
Monitor UV light intensity. Replace aging lamps with reduced intensity in time to ensure TOC removal performance.
Clean chamber and quartz sleeves
Regularly clean the 316 stainless steel chamber and quartz sleeves to remove scaling, biofilm and organic dirt for good UV penetration.
Control inlet water quality
Install pre‑treatment equipment such as precision filters and activated carbon to reduce impurities and protect lamps and chamber.
Stabilize operating parameters
Keep water flow, pressure and temperature within rated ranges; avoid frequent startup‑shutdown and sudden flow changes.
Electrical system inspection
Check ballasts, circuits and terminals regularly to ensure stable power supply without leakage or poor contact.
Regular water quality testing
Verify outlet water quality via online TOC analyzers or laboratory tests to detect equipment abnormalities early.
Maintenance during shutdown
Drain residual water for long‑term shutdown to prevent bacteria and scaling. Flush and disinfect before restarting.
