Preparation of citric acid cleaning solution (5%~10% concentration, food-grade citric acid + purified water)
Recommended concentration: 5% for light scaling; 10% for heavy limescale.
5% solution: Mix 5 kg food-grade citric acid powder with 95 kg purified water
10% solution: Mix 10 kg citric acid powder with 90 kg purified water
Add purified water into a clean plastic container first, then slowly pour citric acid powder while stirring continuously until fully dissolved at room temperature.
Let the prepared solution stand for 10 minutes before soaking quartz sleeves.
Discard used acid liquid after cleaning; do not reuse repeatedly.
