Cut off power supply and shut down the equipment, then drain residual water inside the chamber.
Take out the quartz sleeve carefully to avoid collision or cracking.
Wipe off loose dirt and biofilm with soft cloth; soak scaled sleeves in dilute citric acid or food-grade descaling agent for 15–30 minutes to dissolve limescale.
Rinse thoroughly with purified water until no residual cleaning agent remains.
Check transparency; reinstall after full air drying.
Refill water and switch on the machine for trial operation.
