How to clean the quartz sleeve of the TOC remover with citric acid?

Steps for cleaning quartz sleeve with citric acid:

Power off the TOC remover, drain all water from reactor chamber and remove quartz sleeves gently.

Prepare 5%~10% food-grade citric acid aqueous solution with purified water.

Fully immerse scaled sleeves into citric acid solution and soak for 20–40 minutes; wipe stubborn limescale with soft sponge if needed.

Take out sleeves and flush repeatedly with pure water to completely wash away residual citric acid.

Air-dry the sleeves naturally, inspect transparency and install back into equipment.

Fill water and start trial running.
