Core components of flow-through UV sterilizer

Reactor Chamber   Stainless Steel Reactor

Pressure-bearing vessel for water flow, usually made of 304  ,316L stainless steel. Polished inner surface improves UV reflectance. Equipped with inlet, outlet and drain port.

UV Lamp

Core light source. Low pressure, low pressure high output and medium pressure UV lamps are available. It emits 254nm UV light to destroy microbial DNA.

Quartz Sleeve

High-purity transparent quartz tube. Separates UV lamp from water for insulation and waterproof. Transmits 254nm UV and protects lamp from water and thermal shock.

Electronic Ballast

Supplies stable matched power for UV lamp, controls lamp ignition and operating power. Available in built-in and external types.

UV Intensity Sensor  Optional, standard for premium models

Mounted on reactor to monitor real-time UV intensity. Sends signal to control cabinet and triggers alarm when UV intensity drops.

Electrical Control Cabinet

Integrates power supply, switches, indicators, alarm module and hour meter. Displays total lamp running time and fault warning. Some models support communication.

Cleaning Assembly

Manual or automatic wiper for quartz sleeve. Prevents scale and biofilm coverage on quartz surface. Essential for pool water and scaling-prone water.

Temperature and  Pressure Sensor   Optional 

Monitors water pressure and temperature inside chamber for overpressure and over-temperature protection.
