Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOPs) refer to a set of chemical treatment procedures that generate highly reactive hydroxyl radicals (·OH) to oxidize and break down refractory organic pollutants, toxic substances, and non-biodegradable compounds in wastewater into carbon dioxide and water.
AOPs have extremely strong oxidation ability and are widely used for advanced wastewater treatment, effluent reuse, and treatment of difficult industrial wastewater.
